Used this on a couple of trips to Japan and the US, and it’s been absolutely brilliant. Having a world travel charger and a big battery bank in one device is way more useful than I expected, especially when plans change last minute. It’s got all the ports and plug types you’ll ever need and it’s super reliable. Honestly one of the best travel gadgets I’ve bought.

I was lent this by my dad before going away on a trip with friends to New Zealand. I was super impressed by the product because it saved me so much room, I could charge my phone, bose headphones, bose earbuds and use it as a power adapter to charge my Garmin. This made it super easy to travel with and the whole group ended up borrowing it during the trip. Unfortunately, I accidentally grabbed the powerpack and left the adapter in the wall of one of the hotels we were staying in. I felt devastated. Luckily when I contacted customer service, they quickly assured me and helped arrange a spare adapter for me to purchase. I absolutely love the idea that goes behind this adapter but was also taken by surprise by how efficient and customer forward the brand seems as well. I highly commend getting this if you are travelling with multiple devices, as it takes away the hassle of knotted charging cables and sourcing different wall adapters. I also found once I had lost the adapter, the charge on the powerpack lasted well over a week even whilst being drained by multiple devices. You can also be assured, when purchasing this product, that you'll have the support and services for it to last a long while (even when you lose crucial parts). I have had a great experience with SNAP and will definitely be purchasing from them in the future!

Great - I dont need to travel with seperate chargers! Which is nice. Would of been better if the apple watch could charge on top and if it was just less chunky.
