My 5 in 1 travel power bank USB cord broke when I tried to remove it from my IPAD. The product was one month out of warranty and they didn't hesitate to replace it! No questions asked! I sent them a video to show how it had broken and their immediate response was to put one straight in the post to me! Fantastic customer service! What a great way to make a happy customer a life time loyal one!

We used it all around Europe and loved the different plugs, the case and multiple types of power cords it was a great pack to have.
